Established in 1924, we are one of Scotland’s largest and most innovative Sheriff Officer and Debt Collection service providers. With over 150 staff, including 33 Sheriff Officers and 19 Messengers-at-Arms, our workforce is our key asset.
Our customer contact centre in Kilmarnock is home to our dedicated Local Authority debt collection service. From here, we handle more than 150,000 accounts every year for 14 Local Authorities across Scotland. Our helpful team work with each customer to reach an outcome tailored to their own unique circumstances. We meet client’s recovery goals, whilst signposting customers to relevant debt advice and welfare support.
Our established network of Sheriff Officers and Messengers-at-Arms are coordinated from our Glasgow base. Successfully completing more than 120,000 field visits each year, we serve a range of public and private sector organisations and many of Scotland’s largest law firms. The longevity and integrity of our partnerships are apparent, both through the many exclusive contracts we hold and our enduring relationships.
