How can I pay my account?
We are happy to process payment in a number of different
ways such as by Cash or Cheque, which can be paid at any Stirling
Park Office. Girobank payments are accepted and can be arranged
at any Post Office. Standing Order payments are also accepted
and can be arranged with your Bank. We also accept payment by
Debit Card or Credit Card. Please contact a Stirling Park customer

Can I have money taken directly from
my benefits or wages to pay this debt?
If this debt has been through Court and a Decree,
or Summary Warrant, has been granted then in certain circumstances
it may be possible to arrange to have deductions, to pay your
debt, taken direct from your wages or benefits. Please contact

What if I can't afford to pay this
debt?
If you have severe financial difficulty and cannot
afford to pay this debt then contact a Stirling Park customer

to find a solution. You must not ignore any debts, as they will
not disappear on their own. Once we are fully aware of your circumstances
we will work with you and appropriate advice agencies to help
you.
What will happen if I don't pay?
Your debt will not disappear, and simply ignoring
it is not a solution. Continual non-payment may result in legal
action being taken against you.
Will I be credit blacklisted?
A decision to credit blacklist is not made by Stirling
Park. Certain Court records are 'open record' and as such are
open to scrutiny and recorded by Credit Referencing Agencies,
which can result in credit blacklisting.
