We recently carried out our annual Client NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey to once again gain feedback and insight from our wide range of clients on their satisfaction levels. This is the 3rd year running for us gauging this measure, and a huge thank you to all our clients who completed the survey. We are delighted to announce that our overall NPS score was a fantastic 82.
The top-line results are:
- Average score of 9.3 out of 10, when clients were asked if they would recommend working with Stirling Park
- We have formulated an action plan from responses and aligned to our continuous improvement philosophy.
