The fees of Sheriff Officers and Messengers-at-Arms are set by statute in accordance with the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers) (Amendment) 2024.
Fees are based on the type of court action raised and the value of the principal sum sued for (if applicable). The fees for our most common services are detailed in the downloadable document in the link below.
Please note that Messenger-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers’ fees are subject to VAT.
