An individual is unlikely to record traceable activity at their new address within the first 3 months of residence. Results are normally available within 3 weeks (fast-track tracing available on request).

our experienced field force can attend at an individual’s residence or place of business and attempt to establish personal contact. Any information obtained on personal circumstances, employment details, or asset ownership will be reported to inform future recovery decisions.
we undertake a visit to a subject address and report on property condition and occupancy. Any information obtained on the names, legal status, and contact details of any residents interviewed will be supplied following completion of visit.
we can confirm the proprietor of residential heritable property in Scotland via the Land Register / Sasines Register, maintained by the Registers of Scotland.
Vehicle Hire Purchase and Registered Keeper Searches – we can confirm if a vehicle is subject to a finance agreement and details of the registered keeper via the DVLA.
